New Building Regulations (which came into effect end of 2006.)

w  The construction details required under the new regulations on site
w  Any problems the surveyors are finding on site & how to rectify them in the future

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

w  CRL surveyors are now required to produce EPC's for existing and new build property
w  EPS's are now required for new & existing property from END of June 2008
w  EPC's are now required for rented property from END December 2008 

Information to be talked about on EPC Requirements

w  Talk through the new requirements in relation to RDSAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) for new buildings
w  RdSAP (Reduced Data Standard Assessment Procedure)for existing property & property to let
w  Air testing requirements

Small Works Scheme

CRL now offer a 2 1/2 yr Small Works Warranty Scheme

w  Discussing what type of job sare included in the scheme and the type of cover examples
